RESOLUTION NO. 5489
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREE- MENTS FOR COMPUTERIZED LIBRARY CATALOGING
AND RELATED SERVICES AND A TERMINAL
MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has deter-
nined that it is necessary and in the public interest to revise and
renew an existing agreement for computerized cataloging and related
services and a terminal maintenance service agreement; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the City for said computerized
Zataloging and related services and terminal maintenance service
igreement can only be met by the Ohio College Library Center,
1125 Kinnear Road, Columbus, Ohio:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
:arls:bad, California, as follows:
.L. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
md directed to execute said agreement for computerized cataloging
md the related services agreement and the terminal maintenance
service agreement on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

)f Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 1st day of August
L978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Lewis and Anear
NOES : None
