A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
AMENDMENT OF DEED COVENANTS, CONDITIONS,
RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS," SUBORDI-
NATION AGREEMENT; AND GRANT OF PARKING
EASEMENTS, BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSRAD,
THE PARXING AUTHORITY AND THE PLAZA
CAMINO REAL.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
iereby resolve as follows:
1. That the document entitled "Amendment of Deed Covenants,
:onditions, Restrictions and Reservations; Subordination Agreement;
md Grant of Parking Easements" on file with the City Clerk and
incorporated by reference herein is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on
iehalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. This approval is conditioned upon the revision of said
locument as the City Attorney determines necessary to bring it
into accord with the Precise Plan for the Plaza Camino Real
Tegional Shopping Center as approved by this Council.
