WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the need to have the services of a labor relation consultant; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the :ity of Carlsbad, California as follows: 1. That the above statement is true and correct. 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the agreement lated August 29, 1978 from William Hamilton and Associates, for Labor consultant services which is attached hereto and made a part nereof, as Appendix 'A'.
