RESOLUTION NO. 5572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR A CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of one thousand two hundred dollars
($1,200) from General Fund Account #1-000-0900 to the Professional
Services Account #1-105-2450 is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 3 on
file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 7th day of November , 1978, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Skotnicki, Lewis, Anear and Councilwoman Casler
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilman Packard
