RESOLUTION NO. 5575
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS
FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
IS follows:
1. That the bid of Ascot Electric, Inc.; 161 Melrose Avenue;
:ncinitas, California 92024, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase and installation
If an emergency generator at a cost of $19,980.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 4 on file in said
iepartment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
3n the 7thday of November , 1978, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Packard
