RESOLUTION NO. 5576
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA , APPROVING SPEC1 FI CATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR A COMPUTER LINE PRINTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
termined that it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire a
imputer 1 ine printer.
WHEREAS, specifications for said computer line printer have been prepared
id have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad and
'e incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad,
ilifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
nthorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice
