RESOLUTION NO. 5586
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOIWIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM RONALD M. AND JULIA A. SEVERINO
FOR ROAD EASEMENT PURPOSES .)

WEREAS, RONALD M. AND JULIA A. SEVERINO has submitted a
Grant Deed conveying a dedication to the
City of Carlsbad for road easement purposes : said Deed
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
reference herein: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
3etemined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
3it.y of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying a dedication to
the City of Carlsbad for road easement purposes , is
ierehy accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is 5erehy authorized to cause the
Iriginal Deed to be recorded. in the Office of the County Recorder
if San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate
Zertificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlshad City Council held on the 7th day of November I 1978 by
:he following vote, to wit:
