RESOLUT ION NO. 561 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A SUPPLEMENT TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR
EMERGENCY RELIEF PROJECTS
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, that certain Supplement No. 01
to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 11-5308, with the State of California,
Department of Transportation, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 21stday of November , 1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None

Pursuant to the Federal Aid for Emergency Relief Act, the attached "Program" of Federal Aid for Emergency Relief Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agree- ment for the Federal-Aid Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on and is subject to all of the terms and conditions thereof .
of Article I1 of the aforementioned agreement under authority of City/County Resolutions No. approved by the City Council/Board of Supervisors on (See copy attached).
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2
