RESOLUTION NO. 5615
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOIWIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM HOWARD FRANCIS & BARBARA McCARTNEY MURPHY
FOR PUBL IC STREET PURPOSES e
WEEREAS I HOWARD FRANCIS and BARBARA McCARTNEY MURPHY has submitted a
:rant Deed conveying an easement to the
Zity of Carlsbad for public street purposes ; said Deed
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
jetermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOF7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
