A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED
OFFICIALS FOR THE 1978-79 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to make adjustments
in compensation for Council appointed officials;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Salary Schedule for City Council appointed
officials for the 1978-79 Fiscal Year shall be as follows:
Effective September 17, 1978
City Attorney $1454
City Manager $1509
Effective December 24, 1978
City Attorney $1493
City Manager $1550
3. That except as provided in this resolution, City Council
appointed officials shall receive the benefits of the Executive
Compensation Plan as adopted by Resolution No. 5553.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the ~1st day
of November , 1978 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT : None
