Resolution No. 5638
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A COMPUTER LINE PRINTER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
foll ows:
1. That the bid of National Computer Peripherals, Inc.;
6325 De Soto Avenue; Suite E; Woodland Hills, CA 91367, is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of a computer line printer at a cost of
$9,540.00.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
December , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
