RESOLUTION NO. 5652
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAy ACCEPTING A BID, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE COPY MACHINES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
ontract for the purchase of three copy machines at a cost of
145,704.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 18 on file
n said department and incorporated by reference herein is approved
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zouncil on the 16thday of January , 1979, by the following vote,
;o wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
