RESOLUTION NO. 5654
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A
GIFT OF MONEY TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE
PARAMEDIC FUND.
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Trerotola has donated to the Carlsbad
Fire Department paramedics the sum of $100.00 for the acquisition
of paramedic equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government
Code :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the
purchase of paramedic equipment on behalf of Mr, Trerotola.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 16th day of January
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
