RESOLUTION NO. 5662
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUME HOODS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
foll ows :
1. That the bid of VWR Scientific, Inc.; 15408 E. Blackburn
Avenue; Norwalk, CA 90650, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of Fume
Hoods, in the amount of $5,155.84.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Carlsbad at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Cas1 er
ABSENT: None
