RESOLUTION NO. 5665
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A COMPACT STAKE PLATFORM TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the bid of Dixon Ford; 5555 Paseo del Norte;
Carlsbad, Ca 92008, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of
a compact stake platform truck at a cost of $6,342.00, plus tax,
for a total of $6,722.52.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Carlsbad at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of Februarv 1979, by
the following voteg to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Counci 1 woman Cas1 er
ABSENT: None
