RESOLUTION NO. 5666
I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR A MODULAR BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
has determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
acquire a modular building; and
WHEREAS, specifications for said modular building have been
prepared and have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance
with law, Notice to Vendors inviting bids for the Modular Building
hereinabove described in accordance with specifications hereinabove
referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of
February , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki , Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
