RESOLUTION NO. 5679
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOIWIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM ALLEN RAY & FRANKIE MORRLS
FOR AN EASEIvlENT FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES-
WIBEREAS, ALLEN RAY MORRIS AND FRANKIE MORRIS has submitted a
:rant Deed conveying an easement to the
Zity of Carlsbad for pub1 ic street purposes
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
reference herein; and
; said Deed
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to
, is the City of Carlsbad for public street purposes
hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is herehy authorized to cause the
original Deed to be recorded- in the Office of the County Recorder
Of San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate
Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the20th day OfFebruarv , 19 79 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
