RESOLUTION NO. 5695
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR A CARDIAC MONITOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined
;hat it .is necessary and in the public interest to acquire a cardiac monitor; and
WHEREAS , speci f i cations for said cardiac monitor have been prepared and have
leen filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad and are incorp
)rated herein by reference;
NOW:, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:a1 i forni a , as fol 1 ows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
ind directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice to Vendors in-
iiting bids for the Cardiac Monitor herein above described in accordance with
ipecifications herein above referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
1 regular meeting held on the 6th day of March , 1979, by the following
