RESOLUTION NO. 5696
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODULAR BUILDING.
BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
:011 ows :
1. That the bid of San Diego Educational Facility; 8624 Cuyamaca; Santee,
;A 92071, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to executt
i contrac:t for the purchase of a modular building at a cost of $12,110.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 24 on file in said
lepartment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
6th day of March , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
Counc i 1 woman Cas 1 er NOES: None
