RESOLUTION NO. 571 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5078, ADOPTED MAY 17, 1977, WHICH AUTHORIZED INVESTMENT OF CITY OF CARLSBAD MONIES IN THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, the City does from time to time invest monies in the
Jocal Agency Investment Fund as authorized by Resolution No. 5078,
tdopted on the 17th of May, 1977: and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer desires to occasionally delegate
:he duties of making transfers of funds to or from the Local Agency
Cnvestment Fund to the Assistant Finance Director, as well as the
Ifficers listed in Resolution No. 5078.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 5078 be
amended to include the name of James F. Elliott, Assistant Finance
lirector, as an officer of the City authorized to make deposits
)r withdrawals of monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
19 79 Zarlsbad City Council held on the 20th day of March -
3y the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Cas1 er
ABSENT: None
