HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-03-20; City Council; Resolution 57211 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 5771 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING THE COMPLIANCE DATE FOR OBTAINING SHIP PURSUANT TO THE THIRD REVISION TO THE FIRST PHASE SEWER ALLOCATION SYSTEM A BUILDING PERMIT FOR A PROPOSED CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH DEALER- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, by Resolution No. 5543, allocated 14.6 EDU's to the Chrysler Realty Corporation; and WHEREAS, said allocation was conditioned upon compliance with the permits and fees provision of the Third Revision to the First Phase Sewer Allocation System as adopted by Resolution No. 5542, except that Chrysler Realty Corpora- tion was given until April 3, 1979 to obtain their Coastal Commission approvals and conditional use permits and building permits; and WHEREAS, Chrysler Realty Corporation has requested an extension of time for compliance to said conditions until July 15, 1979; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Ciity Council hereby authorizes an extension of time to the Chrysler Realty Corporation until July 15, 1979 for obtaining their building permit. Failure to file completed application by said date will revoke this sewer allocation. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20thilay of March , 1979, by the follow- vote, to wit: AYES : NOES : None Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler ABSENT: None ATTEST : (SEAL)
