A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A ;CONTRACT FOR A TANDEM ROLLER AND TRgI L ER .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the pid of Webb Equipment Co.; 946 "K" Street; San Diego, CA 92101
s hereby accepted'and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contracl
'or the purchase of a tandem rol ler and trailer at a cost of $20,544.18, plus tax
'or a total of $21/776.83.
