RESOLUTION NO. 5736
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
IZING /THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE INTRUSION AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS IN THE HARDING
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
STREET COMMUNITY CENTER - CONTRACT NO. 1064

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in bhe public interest to install intrusion and fire alarm systems
in the Harding Stdeet Community Center; and ,
WHEREAS, specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material, tools,
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said
project, Contract No. 1064, have been prepared and are on file in the Public
Works Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein
NOW, THERTFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceedjto publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors in-
viting bids for the installation of intrusion and fire alarm systems in the
Harding Street Co+muni ty Center in accordance with the specifications hereinabove

referred to.
PASSED, APPeOVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 3rd day of April , 1979, by
