IZING FHE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR STREET IMPROVE-
MENTS ON VALLEY STREET AND BASSWOOD AVENUE
CALIFOIRNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
