BE IT REqOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

as follows:
1. Thaf the transfer of Seventy Thousand, Forty Seven
($70,047.00) dollars from the Area 7 Park-in-Lieu Fees, Account
No. 26-223-0940, to the Area 7 Park-in-Lieu Fees, Account No.
26-223-3043 is hereby authorized and approved.

2. ThaG the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 30

on file in sajd department and incorporated by reference herein
is approved. ~
