A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF qARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTYORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
THE /PURCHASE OF A ONE TON TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Weseloh Chevrolet; 5335 Paseo del Norte; Carl sbad, CA

92008, is herebylaccepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
I contract for theipurchase of a Dump Truck at a cost of $9,489.90, less trade-in,
for a total of $4,189.90. i
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 17thday of
