A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CoUKXL OF THE
CITY OF cAlUSJ3AD, CALIFOH", D.EJAYING A
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1979 Helen L. Wright, through her attorney,
filed a claim against the City of Carlsbad in an undetermined amunt; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
claims and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, EEEEFOm, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
of the abovedescribed claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution
