A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOIWIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOES . FRANK AUSMAN
WIIEREAS I FRANK AUSMAN has submitted a
rant Deed conveying AN EASEMENT to the
Lty of Carlsbad for
3 on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES ; said Deed
3ference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
etermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying AN EASEMENT to
.he City of Carlsbad for PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES , is
ierehy accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is herehy authorized to cause the
lriginal Deed to be recorded. in the Office of the County Recorder
If San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate
Zertificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Zarlshad City Council held on the17th day of ADril I 19 79 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Lewis and
NOES : None
ABSENT : Councilman Ane
