RESOLUTION NO. 5674
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSRAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Planning Commission member E. H. Jose, Jr.'s term of office
expires in April, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the followina person is hereby appointed to serve as a member
of the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission for. a term to expire in April,
1983:
E. H. JOSE, JR.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of flay Y
1979, by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Anear, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler
