RESOLUTION NO. 5754
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF TAXES
ON FIRE STATION NUMBER TWO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the transfer of fifteen thousand,two hundred
seventy-three dollars and sixty cents ($15, 273.60) for property
taxes on Fire Station Number Two, be made from General Fund
to Insurance and Tax Account, is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 34 on file
in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California at a regular meeting held the 1st day
of May 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki , Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
RONALD C. PACKARD, Mayor
