5755 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT AS OBSOLETE AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that cer-
tain items of equipment can no longer be used and are obsolete; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to dispose of these
items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.

That all equipment listed in Exhibit "A" be declared obsolete.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to
publish Notice of Sale and to dispose of all items of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 1 st day of May , 1979, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
