RESOLUTION NO. 5775 --
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A-MEMBER TO THE GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a Housing Element
General Plan Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it in the community interest
to appoint local residents as members of that committee; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires a nine-member committee, and
previously appointed eight of those members by adoption of
Resolution No. 5700;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad General Plan Housing Element
Advisory Cormnittee: Geoffrey Scarth
3. That such appointment shall be for a term concurrent
with the existence of the cormnittee, and in no case shall extend
beyond December 1, 1979.
