RESOLUTION NO. 5751
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Traffic Safety Commission
member ROBERT B. NELSON expires in July, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Traffic Safety Commission:
ROBERT B. NELSON
for a two year term to expire in July, 1981.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the 15th
day of May , 1979.
