A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNU', APPROVING REVISED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE
1061
CONSTRUCTION OF THE COASTAL BICYCLE ROUTE - CONTRACT NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to construct the Coastal Bicycle Route; and
WKEREAS, revised plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expense necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1061, have been prepared and filed in the
Public Works Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by refer-
ence herein;
NOW, THIBEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad, Calif omia, as follows :
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the construction of the Coastal Bicycle Route, in accordance
with plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the - 15th day of
vote, to wit:
