RESOLUTION NO. 5776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING A SECTION OF THE PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION
NO. 5635, EFFECTIVE WORK CLOTHING FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council in an attachment to Resolution
Jo. 5635 adopted December 6, 1978, established rules for the provi-
sion of work clothing to miscellaneous employees; and
WHEREAS such provisions are proven to be cumbersome in their
implementation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. Rescinds that portion of Exhibit C to Resolution No. 5635,
2ntitled Work Clothing.
3. The City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager
10 implement provision of work clothing for miscellaneous employees
Df the city by administrative directions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th - day of May , 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
