RESOLUTION No. 5 79 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
STALLATION OF THE INTRUSION AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS IN THE HARDING STREET COMMUNITY CENTER
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE IN-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($8,750.00) from the General Fund Balance to the Harding Street Community
Center Project Account is hereby authroized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 39 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 5th day of June , 1979, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: NONE
