RESOLUTION NO. 5796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING
A GIFT OF MONEY FOR PURCHASE OF A MAST
SUIT FOR PARAMEDIC USE.
WHEREAS, The Woman's Club of Carlsbad wishes to make a
donation of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the purchase of
a Mast suit for use by the Paramedics; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government
Code :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for
the purchase of a Mast suit for Paramedic use on behalf of
all the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 5th day of June I
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard,Skotnicki , Anear, Lewis and
NOES: NONE
