RESOLUTION NO. 5804
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICA- TIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BID FOR PICNIC TABLES, BENCHES AND BAREECUE STANDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined
hat it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire picnic tables, benches
nd barbecue stands; and
GJHEREAS, specifications for said picnic tables, benches and barbecue stands
lave been prepared and have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the Citj
if Carl sbad and are incorporated herein by reference;
NOW THEREFOR€, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
nd directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, Notice to Vendors in-
titing bids for the picnic tables, benches and barbecue stands herein above dis-
:ribed in accordance with specifications herein above referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
I regular meeting held on the 19thday of June , 1979, by the following votc
