RESOLUTION NO. 5805
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE LEASE AND INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL DEWATERING EQUIPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Ralph B. Carter Company; 192 Atlantic Street; Hackensack
Jew Jersey 07602, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized
:o execute a contract for the lease and installation of Mechanical Dewatering
iquipment at a cost of $2,120 per month, plus transportation and set up charges
if $3 , 750.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
i regular meeting held on the 19th day of June , 1979, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Mayor Packard, Councilmen Lewis, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
