A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO MEET CASH FLOW REQUIRE- MENTS FOR THE ENCINA PHASE I11 UPGRADING AND ENLARGEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
1. That the transfer of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
$330,000) from the Unappropriated Sewer Reserves (16-000-0900) to
he Sewer Construction Fund (16-207-3059) is hereby authorized and
pproved.
