A RESOLUTION FO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF POLICE VEHICLES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of forty-five thousand, eighty-eight dollars ($45,088:
For the purchase of seven police vehicles be made from the unappropriated fund
lalance to the Police Department Capital Outlay Account is hereby authorized and
lpproved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 46 on file in said de-
iartment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at
i regular meeting held on the19thday of
