RESOLUTION NO. 5816
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
STRUCTION OF THE COASTAL BICYCLE ROUTE CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the
Engineering Department Professional Services, Account No. 1-1 27-2450, to the
Coastal Bicycle Route Project Account, Account No. 1-145-3007 is hereby
authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 49 on file in
said department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
an adjourned PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at I: regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 25th day of June , 1979, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Packard, Councilmen Skotnicki, Lewis, Anear
NOES: None and Councilwoman Casler
