RESOLUTION NO. 5848
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSE#JD, CALIEOFNIA, DWING
A CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on June 28, 1979 Mark Allen Henry, through his attomey,
filed a claim against the City of Carlsbad in the munt of $100,000; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
claims and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NCM, -€?E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
of the above-described claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the clakmnt and to the City's insurance carrier and to
ccanply with all other notice requirements provided by law.

CarlSbad, California at a regular meeting held on the 1 7 th day of J 1 y f
1979 by the following vote, to wit:
