RESOLUTION NO. 5862
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHO;
RIZING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PICNIC
TABLES, BENCHES AND BARBECUE STANDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carslbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Marchetti Park and Recreation Products, Inc.; Post Officc
)x 17930; Irvine, CA 92713, is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is hereby
ithorized to execute a Contract for the purchase of picnic tables, benches and
irbecue stands at a cost of $7,332.00 plus tax, for a total of $7,771.92.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
regular meeting held on the 7th day of August , 1979, by the following
