RESOLUTION NO. 5864
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C TY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETFmEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE REGENTS OF
TEE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SAN DIEGO
CAMPUS, TO PROVIDE PAmEDIC INSTRUCTION.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and the Regents of the University of California, San Diego Campus,
for paramedic instruction be amended as follows:
(1. The date "June 30, 1979" appearing in Paragraph 17 is
deleted and the date "September 30, 1979!' is substituted therefore.
Except as herein expressly amended this 7th day of
August , 19 - 79, said Agreement remains in full force and
effect. )
2. That the Playor of the City of Carlsbad is
ized and directed to execute said second amendment
for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th
day of August , 1979 by the following vote, to wit:
