A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN ORDER TO REIMBURSE KAMR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., FOR OVERSIZIN STORM DRAIN FACILITIES
($6,717.00) from General Fund Unappropriated Reserves to the Capital
Program is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 6 on file
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Dollars

in said
ouncil of
the City of Carlsbad held the 21st day of August , 1979, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
