RESOLUTION NO. 5895
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITYOFCAIXSBAD, CALLFOR", DE"G
A Q;AIM AG?!JNST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on August 15, 1979, Mark Kraffert filed a claim against
the City of Carlsbad in an undetermined munt; and
W€EREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
claim and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, THEREF0 ' RE, BE IT RESOLW by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
of the above-described claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attorney is directed to foxward a copy of tkis
resolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to
comply with all other notice requirerrents provided by law.
PASSED, ApPm AND ADBpTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California at a regular meting held on the 2 1 s t ay of Au q us t
1979 by the following vote, to wit:
