A Rmx.uT.roN OF THE CITY COUNC~E OF THE CIlY OF CkKLSBAD, CALIFORXIA, ACCEPTING
AN EASEMENT FOR REAL PXOPERTY FROM
DAVID W. AND ROSE H. CHEN FOR STREET PUKBOSES.
hXEREAS ~ DAVID W. AND ROSE H. CHEN has submitte
an Easement for Real Prcperty to the City of Carlsbad for street
purposes; said Easement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHZREAS, the City Cnu.nci.1 of the City of Carlsbaii has
3etermined it to be in the public interest to accept said. Easment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Corrrmcil of the
Zity of Czrlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,

That the Easement conveying real. pr0perl.y to the City
if Carlsbad for street purposes, is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
Iriginal Easement to be recorded in the Office of the County
Cecorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
Lppropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
TASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Iarlsbad City Council held on the 21std.ay of Auqust Y 1979 by
