RESOLUTION NO. 5917
A RESOLUTIOM OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM GROVE APARTMENTS INVESTMENT COMPANY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WATERLINE PURPOBse
WHEREAS I Grove Apartments Investment Company has submitted a
to the Grant Deed conveying an easement
City of Carlsbad for public waterline purDoses ; said Deed
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Citjj of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to
the City of Carlsbad for public waterline purposes , is
hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is herehy authorized to cause the
original Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate
Certificate of Acceptance attached.

Carlshad City Council held on the29th day of August I 19 79 by
the following vote, to wit:
