A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOIWIA, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM KAMAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WATFRI INF PURPOES e

WEEREAS , Kamar Construction Company has submitted a
;rant Deed conveying an easement to the
3it~ of Carlsbad for public waterline purposes ; said Deed
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is incorporated by
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
letermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
lity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
